2020-21 VUCPTA Due Dates

The following are dates and deadlines for remittance fees and important documents. Please look ahead and plan accordingly to make sure these items are submitted on time. Membership remittance dues are $5.50 per member and are due monthly.

  • 2020/21 UPDATED roster
  • Mail Raffle Application for Registration Form to OAG (if you plan to hold any Raffles)
  • 2019/20 Annual Financial Report
  • VUSD Annual Organizational Form
  • Revised 2019 Bylaws Approval
  • 2019/20 Year End Audit
  • 2020/21 Proposed Budget

October 6, 2020

  • Insurance Fee $258
  • Council Assessment $75
  • Membership (30 memberships minimum for Ready, Set, Remit awards)
  • Workers Compensation Annual Payroll Report Form

November 3, 2020

  • Insurance Late Fee
  • Membership Dues (minimum of 15 by this date)

November 13, 2020

  • Reflections Entries submissions

November 15, 2020

  • 2020/21 RRF-1 Charitable Tax registration (4 months 15 days after financial year end)
  • 2019/20 State Filing 199 (4 months 15 days after financial year end)
  • 2019/20 IRS Filing 990 (4 months 15 days after financial year end)

April 6, 2020

  • 2020/21 Mid-year Audit
  • 2020/21 Year End Historian Report (Volunteer Hours)
  • 2021/22 Board Roster
